After You Apply
After the closing date, your application will be sent to the hiring manager who will then contact those candidates they wish to interview. Generally, contact will be made within 3-6 weeks of the closing date. The Manager will notify the successful candidate once the selection process is completed. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we are unable to notify all applicants on the status of their application.
Please note that all positions are subject to a Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Check and Child Abuse Check. These are at the applicants expense.
Applicants who are offered and accept positions will receive a letter of offer confirming your employment, start date, salary and other pertinent details.
You will be asked to verify all education reported in your application by providing certificates, degrees, transcripts, etc. You will also be required to register some information with our Occupational Health Department and attend an orientation session to the facility.
Once hired you become eligible to apply for other positions at Concordia as an internal candidate.
